Nope. We champion bold, disciplined founders, not buzzwords. Most of our companies are AI-first, B2B software tackling big, practical problems - from health to productivity to sustainability. What matters is early proof that customers love what you're building and that it makes a real-world difference. If that's you - and you're in that $1M-$5M ARR post-revenue, pre-growth-spurt zone - we'd love to meet.

Investment Process

What does your diligence process look like?

Our diligence process typically runs 30-90 days, depending on stage, data readiness, and scheduling. It's a two-way fit check - we're learning about you, and you're learning about us. Here's what to expect:

Initial Meeting: Before we meet, we'll review your materials to ensure there's alignment with our investment focus and no overlap with existing portfolio companies. The first conversation (usually under an hour) is all about your story - we listen more than we talk.
Follow-Up: Most of our passes happen after that first meeting. If there's mutual interest, you'll spend more time with your Mudita partner, diving deeper into traction, team, and vision. We may bring in another Advisor or Operating Partner with relevant expertise.
Partner Review: If things continue to resonate, you'll be invited to share your story with our full partnership. We'll also conduct reference and diligence calls during this stage.
Final Decision: We discuss every opportunity in depth and aim to provide a clear answer quickly - often the same week as our partner meeting.

Our goal is to keep the process rigorous but respectful of your time - transparent, efficient, and grounded in curiosity.

How should I prep for a Mudita partner pitch?

Your Mudita point partner will guide you in advance of the partner pitch. Couple of handy tips:

Length: Partner meetings typically run 45 minutes - enough time for you to tell your story, demo your product (if relevant), and engage in thoughtful discussion.
Who's in the room: You'll meet with five Mudita Partners, along with Advisors who bring domain expertise specific to your company. Everyone in the room will have already reviewed our internal investment memo about your business.
Slides: Come prepared with slides that clearly capture your vision, pain point you're solving for your ICP, traction and what's next. If it fits naturally, include a quick demo to bring your product to life. Keep an appendix ready for deeper dives - data, customer insights, or anything partners may want to explore.
