Hi, I'm Sandy.
Curiosity has fueled me my entire life. As a child, I was always asking, “Why?” That drive led me to journalism, where I spent the early part of my career. Those years shaped my foundation: Open, Honest and Direct.
As the son of immigrants and the child of an entrepreneur who achieved the American Dream, I’ve always sought to combine my love of learning with business acumen. I was fortunate to do this over a 40-year career at Cox Enterprises, a family-owned, privately-held company.
From leading as President of Cox Media Group, CEO of Cox Automotive and CEO of the Cox Family Office, I’ve guided teams, worked on more than 60 deals, and used curiosity to drive business success. My passion for leadership, learning and helping others achieve their dreams has defined my journey.
Now, as Managing Partner at Mudita, I’m excited to channel these experiences into making a positive impact—by finding the right investments, supporting talented CEOs and entrepreneurs, and helping them grow.
My family, especially our four grandchildren, motivates me daily to strive for a brighter future. That’s what keeps me learning, leading, and working to make the world a better place.

Successful entrepreneurs combine vision with a clear plan, building block by building block, while understanding the importance of pace. I believe businesses should quickly move from concept to revenue, prioritizing solutions that make life better for individuals, communities and the world.
