Hi, I'm Rahul.

From an early age, I understood that opportunity isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you create. As the son of Indian immigrants who built their adult lives in Mississippi, I watched my parents navigate an unfamiliar culture, take risks, and work relentlessly to create opportunities for themselves and our family. Their resilience and drive shaped my perspective—never take opportunities for granted—and that mindset has fueled my own journey.

That perspective propelled me from Mississippi to Wall Street, where I built a career in investment banking, advising on complex, high-stakes transactions. I navigated multi-billion-dollar M&A deals, structured intricate financial transactions, and worked with executives making market-shaping decisions. But analyzing and advising wasn’t enough—I wanted to be the one driving the ship.

So I took my chips and bet on myself, stepping into real estate where I could apply that same financial rigor to creating tangible value. As a developer and investor, I’ve built and repositioned assets across retail and hospitality, leading projects that don’t just generate returns but also shape communities. Whether structuring capital stacks, negotiating with investment partners, or activating underutilized spaces, I thrive in the space where vision meets execution.

More than anything, I’m grateful to be a husband, a father of two kids, and part of a community that inspires me every day.
