Hi, I'm Nick.

I grew up in Northern California in a family deeply rooted in the restaurant, hotel, and casino business. From a young age, I learned the value of hard work, starting full-time work as an early teenager. That foundation instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. I’ve been married for 48 years, and my family—my wife, our son, daughter-in-law, and our granddaughter—is the center of my life.

After stepping away from the family business, I found my calling in the automotive industry. Over the past 40 years, I’ve built a career in the automotive industry, beginning with Cenval Leasing, ADT Automotive, and eventually joining Cox Automotive.

I held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Customer Management and President of Manheim Digital. These roles allowed me to drive innovation and customer-focused solutions in a constantly evolving industry.

What I value most is giving back, especially to young professionals. I enjoy mentoring and helping people navigate challenges, just as others helped me along the way. My journey has taught me that success comes from hard work, resilience, and always lifting others as you climb. Those are the values that continue to guide me every day.

In my role as a strategic advisor for the Mudita Fund, I’m looking to contribute meaningful experience, thoughtful guidance, and a steady hand to help drive impact and sustainable growth.

With a lifelong career in the automotive industry and decades of leadership experience, I’m eager to support a mission-driven organization that values integrity, innovation, and long-term vision. I hope to offer insights that help shape strategic direction, strengthen partnerships, and develop emerging talent within the organization. Equally important to me is working with passionate, purpose-led people who are committed to making a difference.

I believe deeply in mentorship and collaboration, and I look forward to sharing lessons learned while continuing to learn myself. Ultimately, I’m looking for a role where I can help remove barriers, accelerate progress, and contribute to a legacy of doing good for both the organization and the communities it serves.
