Hi, I'm Bob.

During grad school, I became deeply interested in healthcare after losing both of my grandparents in skilled nursing facilities. That experience left a mark—and a mission. I set out to build a home health agency that could deliver complex care in the home so individuals could recover with compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence.

Over 18 years, I grew that company into one of the largest home health agencies in Illinois, with expansion into four additional states. Every day brought challenges, but also the opportunity to impact thousands of lives.

After a successful exit, I took time to reflect and reset. I realized I’m a builder at heart. Today, I lead NxtCare, where we help hospitals and ACOs create high-performing post-acute networks using data, systems, and strategy to improve outcomes and reduce variation.

Time is the great equalizer. We each get 168 hours a week to lead, build, and scale with clarity. With the right structure, those hours become more effective and balanced. What matters most is finding balance—whether I’m with my family or off chasing a new hobby.

In my role at Muditā, I’m here to be an advisor to both the team and the founders we support. I’ve spent my career designing operational systems that not only scale, but also drive transparency and accountability. I’ve always prided myself on harmonizing operations and sales, two functions that often pull in different directions. When they work together, companies grow faster, cleaner, and with fewer internal roadblocks.

My goal is to help founders bring clarity through strong governance, decision-making rhythms, and results-driven systems. I’ve learned that structure isn’t about control; it’s what creates the space for people and ideas to thrive. As AI becomes more integrated, that structure matters even more. Technology can accelerate execution, but only when it’s grounded in operational experience and sound judgment.
