Implentio: AI-powered logistics intelligence for ecommerce brands that helps recover margin and enforce accountability across third-party logistics (3PLs) and carriers.

Implentio expands from reconciliation into optimization, benchmarking, and an “Ops Copilot”, using its growing data foundation to drive smarter decisions.

Mudita Venture Partners is excited to announce an investment in Implentio, an AI‑powered shipper‑side reconciliation platform that helps ecommerce brands detect billing errors, recover lost dollars, and bring financial control to their supply chain. Implentio ingests invoices across carriers and 3PLs, reconciles charges down to the order and SKU level, identifies discrepancies, and automates dispute and recovery workflows, turning fragmented logistics data into actionable financial outcomes.

Mudita invested $2M in a seed extension round led by Vertical Venture Partners.

Why this matters

For modern ecommerce brands, logistics is often the largest controllable cost center, yet it remains one of the least understood. Teams rely on 3PL, dashboards, carrier portals and spreadsheets, none of which reconcile cleanly. As a result:

  • 3–5% billing errors.
  • 10%+ operational inefficiencies.
  • Persistent margin leakage that goes undetected.

The Problem

Ecommerce brands outsource fulfillment and shipping across multiple partners, but the “source of truth” for what they should have been billed is buried across:

  • Order data.
  • SKU attributes.
  • Rate cards.
  • Operational exceptions.

Invoices can contain hundreds of thousands of line items, and most teams lack the tools to reconcile them accurately. The disconnect leads to:

  • Overbilling and missed credits.
  • Contract non-compliance.
  • No clear accountability across vendors.

The Solution

Implentio provides a shipper-side reconciliation and optimization platform that becomes the system of record for logistics spend. The platform:

  • Ingests carrier and 3PL invoices.
  • Reconciles charges at the order and SKU level.
  • Detects errors and inefficiencies.
  • Automates dispute and credit recovery workflows.
  • Surfaces performance insights across vendors.

Impact:

  • Immediate recovery of lost dollars.
  • Ongoing cost control and visibility.
  • A unified governance layer across logistics operations.

Over time, Implentio expands from reconciliation into optimization, benchmarking, and an “Ops Copilot”, using its growing data foundation to drive smarter decisions.

The Team

Implentio is led by Matthew Winnick, a serial operator who built and scaled True Classic into a ~$850M enterprise value DTC brand. He has lived the logistics, 3PL, and billing complexity this product solves and give Implentio a clear right to win. Matt brings strong company-building instincts and operator insight that directly shape the product and GTM. He is joined by:

  • Eric Weisman (Co-Founder/COO), former CFO of YouVisit (acquired by EAB), with deep experience scaling SaaS businesses and building finance systems that translate complexity into clear decisions.
  • Jason Bang (Co-Founder/CPO), former operator at MeUndies and Loot Crate, with firsthand experience managing complex fulfillment and logistics networks; brings true operator perspective into product design.

Why this team works:

  • Founder–market fit. Built inside the operating environment they now serve.
  • Operator-led GTM. Credible with customers because they’ve lived the problem.
  • Execution depth. Strong blend of supply chain, finance, and SaaS scaling experience.

Together, the team brings the rare combination of operator empathy and SaaS discipline required to win in a complex, workflow-driven category.

Traction

Implentio has achieved strong early traction with clear ROI:

  • $1.2M booked ARR across 35 brands.
  • $802K live ARR across 28 customers.
  • ~$1.5M in savings identified across initial audits.
  • Customers include True Classic, Magic Spoon, Seed, and Honeylove.
  • ~104% NRR with clear land-and-expand motion.

Growth has been rapid, with ARR scaling from ~$69K in 2024 to ~$800K + in 2025. The projected 2026 pipeline is $1.2M.

Why We’re Excited

  • Clear, measurable ROI. Customers recover real dollars within weeks, not quarters.
  • Largest cost center, under-managed. Logistics spend is massive and still poorly governed.
  • Strong wedge. Invoice reconciliation is immediate, painful, and easy to prove.
  • Data moat forming. Normalized invoice schemas, anomaly patterns, and dispute outcomes compound over time.
  • The expansion path is real. From auditing → optimization → benchmarking → “COO-in-a-box” for supply chain teams.

Where You Can Help / Asks

We’re looking for warm introductions to high-volume ecommerce operators and brands where logistics costs are meaningful and hard to manage. Ideal customer introductions:

  • DTC ecommerce brands doing $25M–$300M in revenue.
  • Shipping 25,000+ orders/month.
  • Categories like Fashion, Beauty, Wellness, Home, Consumer Electronics, and Pet.
  • Examples: True Classic, Magic Spoon, Seed, Honeylove, MeUndies. See full list of target customers here.

Key personas:

  • VP/Director of Operations, our primary entry point. They’re approving invoices on trust, know errors are compounding, and don’t have the time or tooling to fix it manually.
  • New-in-role Ops Leaders, highest urgency trigger. They’ve inherited 3PL contracts they didn’t sign, have no visibility, and are under pressure to show early wins to the CFO.
  • COO, decision maker. Scaling ops without headcount, no accountability layer on 3PL spend, can’t explain fulfilment costs to the board.
  • CFO/VP Finance, budget holder. Approving large monthly invoices with no line-item verification; fulfilment is a P&L black box.
  • CEO ($25M–$100M), often a referral entry point. This persona tends to be too far removed from the problem within much larger companies.

Implentio sits at the intersection of cost control, operational complexity, and financial accountability. With strong early traction, clear ROI, and a compounding data advantage, the company is well positioned to become the system of record for logistics spend and supply chain intelligence.
