Hi, I'm Janet.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to serve, to learn, and to help others grow. I’ve spent my career at the intersection of transformation, leadership, and purpose. As the Chair of Deloitte and CEO of Deloitte Consulting, I had the privilege of guiding the world’s largest professional services firm through times of profound change—driven by emerging technologies, shifting expectations of leadership, and the urgent need for more inclusive, human-centered organizations.
But titles aren’t what drive me. What matters most is making a meaningful difference—by lifting others, amplifying unheard voices, and creating spaces where people can thrive. My values—curiosity, courage, empathy, and impact—continue to shape how I lead and where I invest my energy.
Today, I advise ventures and organizations at the forefront of technology, health, and social innovation. I’m especially committed to advancing health equity for women—a space where both the data and lived experience demand bold solutions.
From technologist to executive to advocate, I’ve learned that lasting leadership is rooted in integrity, listening, and evolution—and that purpose and performance are most powerful when pursued together.
Once out of school, I quickly realized that there were a lot of programmers out there who were more skilled than me. But where I did excel was in leveraging technology to solve big business problems. In my career, I’ve had experiences across many different industries (consulting, healthcare, education, and financial services), wearing a wide variety of hats throughout (CTO, COO, CSO, CEO, and Board Director).
